Board of Directors
Meet the Peachtree City Dog Park Association’s Board of Directors!
The board meets for approximately one hour on the second Tuesday of each month. If you are interested, please contact us at info@ptcdogpark.com.
President: Steve Brown
Steve Brown is one of the founders of the dog park.
Steve is caffeine-dependent and shows up to the park every morning with a 14-ounce cup of coffee and a thermacell to ward off mosquitoes.
His special dog park gifts include planting trees, spreading mulch, and accurately locating dog poop anywhere in the park.
Steve’s latest dog at the park is Nato, a Labrador and German Short-haired Pointer mix.
Treasurer: Audrey Malautea
Audrey isn’t a founding member of the dog park like Steve, but she has spent many hours at the park since adopting her Husky/Shepherd mix, Millie.
Audrey’s special dog park powers consist of being an idea factory for great improvements, events, and ways to be more involved with local rescues.
Audrey has served as president for 5 years for a nonprofit animal rescue and sanctuary and is excited to bring her passion for animals to help serve on the dog park association board.
If you don’t find Audrey at the park, you can generally find her either at the gym or with her husband and 3 kids, canine kiddo, and 2 cats.
Secretary: Alicia Anderson
Alicia is a local business founder/owner of a software company and founder of a drag racing app called DragInsights. If that wasn’t awesome enough, she’s a former drag racer herself!
Alicia’s dog park superpower is helping plan events, get sponsorships donations, and does all the “paperwork” a dog park association might need. Alicia has been on the board as secretary since April 2024.
These days, you probably won’t see Penny, Alicia’s German Shepherd, at the park. Penny likes to get a little too bossy trying to “shepherd” the other pooches. So, while Penny enjoys her leisure activities outside of the park, Alicia is kind enough to still care about all the other canine companions that do use the park.
When Alicia isn’t at being the creator of awesome businesses, you can find her golfing, going to the beach, and enjoying some quiet time reading.
Director at Large 1: Christina Erpel
Originally from Denmark, Christina moved to Georgia with her family 3 years ago. Christina is a familiar face at the park as well as her lovely accent.
Christina is a dedicated dog mom of 2 Goldens–Cooper, who we all have heard. He is well known for his loud but loving barking and his love of tush scratches. And Little Johnny Cash who mostly just loves to follow his big brother around and chew on a stick.
Christina’s dog park superpower is sharing her free time checking folks in at the gate of the dog park and helping drive our memberships to awesome numbers. She is also active on the dog park social media. Don’t forget to like the page!
Director at Large 2: Lindsay McDonald
Mother of three (now adult kids), Lindsay is one of the most dedicated dog moms around–You can find her at the park between 2-3 hours a day, every day, throwing a ball.
Lindsay and her husband run a small family-operated plumbing company out of Brooks, GA. Lindsay wouldn’t be complete without, her two furry dog babies, Cattledog Coee and Derpy Rose.
Lindsay’s dog park superpower is her enduring patience with Coee’s deep passion for playing fetch.
Lindsay’s love for dogs has been a constant in her life and she wants them all to have a safe place to play and socialize.
